Ho'omaluhia Botanical Garden Elopement in Oahu

Jenny and Victor dreamed of an intimate, stress-free, relaxed elopement day focused on the two of them and that is exactly what they got! We started the day at the Four Seasons Ko Olina Hotel in their beautiful suite where they got ready together. Ceejay The Barber even stopped by and gave Victor a fresh hair cut to get him ready for the day! The balcony of their hotel room overlooked the beautiful Ko Olina Lagoon, where Jenny and Victor had their first look.

We then headed out to the Ho'omaluhia Botanical Garden in Oahu for their intimate elopement ceremony! This botanical garden is an absolute MUST SEE if you visit the island of Oahu. The stunning 400-acre grounds are so expansive and peaceful. It is the perfect backdrop for your wedding! (Pro tip: getting married at the Ho’omaluhia Botanical Garden? Apply for a wedding and photography permit here!) It was raining off and on that morning. The rain stopped and the sun broke just as their ceremony started. Jenny and Victor exchanged intimate and personal vows I had the honor of also being their wedding officiant! Their ceremony was short and sweet, with a small group of Hawaiian dancers nearby playing soft Hawaiian music as the backdrop. As soon as the ceremony was over, it started pouring rain! The timing couldn’t have been more perfect.

Once the sun broke again, we explored the Ho’omaluhia Botanical Gardens for their beautiful and epic couples photos!

Afterwards, we headed to the nearby Haiku Gardens where Jenny and Victor shared their first dance!

We ended the day back at the Four Seasons Ko Olina, where their friends and family were waiting via Zoom for the cake cutting and champagne. It was truly the most perfect elopement day!
